YPJ holds military ceremony attended by hundreds of women fighters in Raqqa to mark 8 March

The YPJ commanders and fighters held a military parade to mark 8 March, International Women’s Day.

Military council fighters in Manbij, Raqqa, Tabqa, Ain Issa and Kobanê attended the ceremony.

During the ceremony, the military councils exchanged presents and music groups performed their songs. 

Institutional administrators and party representatives also attended the event.
