Bert Schouwenburg: We will keep struggling until Öcalan’s freedom is achieved

Bert Schouwenburg is an international trade union advisor. He told journalist Erem Kansoy that the struggle to free Öcalan will continue until freedom is achieved. 

Bert Schouwenburg is the former international director of GMB trade union where he was responsible together with UNITE for the establishment of the Freedom for Öcalan Campaign in 2016. He was a GMB activist and full-time official (1993-2018) for 38 years. He is a patron of “Peace in Kurdistan”.
