Police take many into custody in Mersin

Several houses were raided in the morning within the scope of the investigation launched by the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor in Mersin who issued 52 arrest warrants. The detentions were ordered against people accused of  “preparing action”. 

Police carried out heavy raids in the houses of the people targeted by the arrest warrant and detained an undisclosed number of persons.

It was learned that the detainees were taken to Mersin Police Department.
