Combing operations continue in Heseke after ISIS prison attack

After declaring full control of Al- Sina’a prison on January 26, and combing most of the neighborhoods of Heseke city, the Internal Security Forces, with the support of the Syrian Democratic Forces, continue the sweep operation against ISIS mercenary cells in the city’s countryside.

According to ANHA, the operation reached the town of Al-Tuwena, located 12 km west of the city of Heseke. Since the early morning, the town has witnessed an intense security deployment accompanied by thorough searches in the town’s streets and homes.
