Kurds in Europe take to the streets against Turkish attacks

Kurds living in Europe took to the streets in many cities to protest the attacks carried out by the Turkish state on Maxmur and Shengal in South Kurdistan and Rojava.
BASEL
The people, who came together in front of the central train station, chanted slogans against the massacre attacks of the Turkish state for a long time.

 

AARAU
Kurds also protested in the Swiss city of Aarau. They got together in front of the central train station late last night. 
The action ended with a call for participation in the rally to be held in Aarau today.

TOULOUSE
The simultaneous attacks of the Turkish state on Shengal, Rojava and Maxmur Rûstem Cûdî camp were protested in Toulouse.

 

COPENHAGEN
Kurds living in Copenhagen also protested at the city’s central station, calling for action.

 

BORDEAUX
Young people gathered in Cenon Palmer Square in Bordeaux and closed the road to traffic.
TCŞ members continued their march despite the intervention of the police.
Young people, carrying PKK flags and posters of Abdullah Öcalan, chanted slogans in French: “Down with the Turkish mentality and murderer Erdoğan”.
At the end of the march, the young people read a press statement. “We condemn the attacks in the strongest possible terms.”

 

PARIS
Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger members gathered in the Drancy and Evry, suburbs of Paris.
The march in the suburb of Drancy, organized as part of the “Werin Cenga Azadiyê” campaign, started late on Tuesday night in front of the Drancy Democratic Kurdish Community Center.
Commemorating those who were martyred in Hesekê in a separate action held in the suburb of Evry, the youth said in a statement that they would be held accountable for the massacres.

 

STRASBOURG
TCŞ and TekoJIN activists protested in Strasbourg with a civil disobedience action at the city’s central train station.

 

FREIBURG
Kurds living in Freiburg and their friends took to the streets to protest the attacks carried out by the fascist Turkish state against Maxmur, Shengal and Rojava. 

BRUSSELS

NAV-BEL called for urgent action in Belgium and asked Kurds to gather in front of the United Nations Representation in Brussels at 3 pm today, Rue Montyer 40.
