Homeless man from Rojhilat freezes to death in Sulaymaniyah

According to information obtained from the South Kurdistan media, 45-year-old Eli Murad from East Kurdistan froze to death in Sulaymaniyah.

Sulaymaniyah Emergency Health Center confirmed that homeless citizen Murad froze to death in a building under construction.

No information is available yet as to why Eli Murad was in Sulaymaniyah and under what conditions he lived.
