Stand for Öcalan in Lausanne reaches week 6

The information stand opened by activists from Jinên Ciwanên Tekoşer (TekoJIN) and Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger (TCŞ) every Wednesday since 24 November in Lausanne to demand the freedom of Kurdish people’s leader Abdullah Öcalan, has entered its 6th week.

The books by Abdullah Öcalan in which he describes his ideas, philosophy and paradigm, are distributed to the Swiss by young people. Information is given by reading statements about why Abdullah Öcalan should be free. It was pointed out that the PKK is a people’s movement, and signatures are collected within the scope of the campaign launched to remove the PKK from the list of terrorist organisations.
