Ilknur Birol and Ferhat Encü are the new HDP Istanbul Provincial co-chairs

The 4th HDP Ordinary Congress was held in Küçükçekmece with the slogan “Now is HDP Time”.

At the congress attended by thousands of people, financial and activity reports were read after the speeches.

Then, while Bajar Music Group took the stage, thousands of people began to dance.

Central Executive Board (MYK) members İlknur Birol and Ferhat Encü were appointed as HDP Istanbul Provincial co-chairs in the election held at the congress.

New co-chair Ilknur Birol underlined how they never took a step back despite all the difficulties and added: “We are rolling up our sleeves. We will set out from Istanbul to overthrow the reign of the thieves.”

Former MP Ferhat Encü said: “Today, this hall has shown what kind of a base the HDP has. We will overthrow their reign and make Istanbul the stronghold of the HDP. We promise this on behalf of Mother Teybat and Garibe Gezer. We will definitely win.”
