Turkish police raid HDP Cizre district building, take many into custody

Police raided the Peoples’ Democratic Party (HDP) Cizre District Organization building in Cizre, province of Şırnak early this morning. Police have cordoned off the building.
Simultaneous house raids were carried out in Cizre and Silopi. Serhat Küçük, HDP Cizre province executive Naim İnedi, Asya Arslan, Mela Kasım Yiğit, were taken into custody in Cizre. It was learned that Delil Ürek and Nadir Onuk were detained in Silopi.
Detentions may increase.
