Children of Fire set fire to several targets in 5 cities

The Children of Fire Initiative announced that they carried out multiple actions in 5 provinces of Turkey in response to the Turkish state’s massacre against Gulo family. On Tuesday, a Turkish drone attack claimed the lives three civilians from a family in the northern Syrian city of Qamishlo.

The Initiative, in a written statement it released on Thursday, said, “To avenge our patriotic uncle Yusif Gulo, and his grandchildren Mihemed and Mazlum Gulo, we, Kurds living in Turkish metropolises, set fire to 2 factories, 2 trucks, 1 workplace and 2 vehicles, and will continue our actions.”

According to the statement,

On November 9, an automobile belonging to AKP member Savaş D. was set on fire in Ereğli district of Konya.

The group set fire to the following targets in various locations and cities on November 10:

The Hera Recycling Factory belonging to AKP members in Kartepe district of Kocaeli,

The Mertyay Paint Factory belonging to AKP members in Tuzla, Istanbul,

2 trucks belonging to anti-Kurd fascists in İnegöl district of Bursa,

Nostra Café belonging to a MHP member in Maltepe, Istanbul,

A vehicle belonging to a MHP member in Gaziemir district of Izmir.
