NAV-BEL calls on all Kurds living in Belgium to join the march to be held in Antwerp on 13 November

The Belgian Kurdish Democratic Center (NAV-BEL) will hold a march in Antwerp on 13 November to protest the Turkish state’s attacks on Kurdistan and the use of chemicals in Medya Defense Areas.

NAV-BEL issued a written statement regarding the action and said that the guerrillas were waging a tough war. “With the fighting spirit of Martyr Sinan Dersim, we invite all our people and friends living in Belgium to join this march.”

The statement added: “As it is known, the AKP-MHP regime uses chemical weapons in its attacks on Medya Defense Areas in South Kurdistan because it knows it is close to losing. The enemy is about to be defeated in Kurdistan. Our people living in Belgium follow the process closely and get involved because they know it is essential to claim the struggle. With this resistance, the guerrillas proved once again that they are the hope of the people. Knowing that the guerrillas are waging a tough war, we must play our role. On this occasion, with the fighting spirit of Martyr Sinan Dersim, we invite all our people and friends living in Belgium to join this march.”

The march will start at 14.50 at Sintjanplain 2060 Antwerpen.
