Kurds in Paris and Hanover protest isolation of Öcalan and Turkish attacks

Young people promoted marches in Paris and Hannover.

Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger (TCŞ) and Jinên Têkoşer (TekoJIN) activists organised an action in the Evry suburb of Paris to demand freedom for leader Öcalan as part of the “Werin Cenga Azadiyê” campaign.

The crowd gathered in the evening and marched in front of the Kurdish Cultural Association.

In their statement young activists pointed out that isolation is actually imposed on all Kurdistan people because it is imposed on Abdullah Öcalan and therefore it should be overturned.

HANOVER

In Hanover, TCŞ activists also organised an action as part of the “Werin Cenga Azadiyê” campaign against the invasion attacks of the Turkish state.

The Turkish state’s invasion attacks in Kurdistan were protested in the German city of Hannover with an action organized by young people.

Young people said: “The fascist Turkish state attacks Shengal, Rojava and Medya Defense Areas every day. We protest the attitude of the KDP which, instead of taking a stand against these attacks, keeps silence.”
