Afrin Liberation Forces say at least 12 invaders killed in actions in Afrin, Azaz and Bab

Afrin Liberation Forces (HRE) said that they carried out actions against Turkish state forces in Afrin, Bab and Azaz between 27 and 31 August.

Details of the actions were listed as follows:

“On 27 August, the base of the invading mercenaries was raided in the vicinity of the village of Daglibaş in Bab. As a result of the action, 5 invaders were killed and 3 were injured.

As a result of an action in Afrin on 29 August, 2 mercenaries were injured. On the same day, a sabotage action was carried out against the mercenary leader of the Front al-Shamiye in Azaz. In the action, the mercenary leader and another mercenary were killed, 2 mercenaries were injured. At the same time, a vehicle belonging to the mercenaries was damaged.

On 30 August, 2 mercenaries were killed and 4 mercenaries were injured in an action against mercenaries in the Ashrafiyah district of Afrin.

On 31 August, 3 soldiers were killed and 5 soldiers were injured in an action directed against the base of the invading Turkish troops in the village of Hizwanê in Bab.”

The HRE ended its statement confirming that “12 invaders, including at least 3 Turkish soldiers, were killed and 16 injured in the actions.”
