People in North-East Syria: “We will resist Turkey’s attacks till the end”

The invading Turkish state has recently increased attacks against North and East Syria, and the international community continues to remain silent against the war crimes committed by the Turkish state and allied mercenaries that have invaded parts of the region. North-East Syrian people voice reaction to the Turkish state’s attacks and stress that they will resist till the end.

Efaf Heski, member of Heseke Culture and Art Center Committee, said that the Turkish state threatens the security and unity of people in the region, and North-East Syrian people will wage great resistance as well as they did during the first years of the revolution.

“Through the willpower of our people and the philosophy of the Leader Öcalan, we will stand against all attacks. Nobody will be able to break our will. The international community and international organisations should break their silence against the Turkish state’s crimes” said Efaf Heski.

Recalling that the Turkish state had previously attacked the achievements of the Yazidis and Shengal people, Fidan Tofan said, “Kurdish people will resist until they achieve victory against fascism. We are all here to support the resistance of the Shengal people.”

‘They seek genocide’

Ewaş Mihemed expressed that the fascist Turkish state intends to carry out a genocide against Kurdish people and said, “The Turkish state attacked Shengal a few days ago. This is a shame! We stand with the Shengal people.”

Likewise, Mihemed Ehmed called the betrayal of the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) responsible for Turkey’s attacks against Shengal, and stressed that the KDP authorities continue to support the occupant Turkish state instead of standing with their people.
