Footage from Turkish attack on hospital in Shengal

Turkish fighter jets carried out successive strikes targeting a hospital in the Shengal town in southern Kurdistan (northern Iraq) earlier today.

The aggression resulted in casualties, according to initial reports, while details were not immediately available.

Locals have rushed to the scene and they are trying to save people from the debris of the hospital.

ANF obtained footage from the scene following the bombardment, which came only one day after a deadly aerial attack by the Turkish army that killed a commander and a fighter of the YBŞ (Shengal Resistance Units) and injured three civilians in the city centre.
