‘Unless the Autonomous Administration is recognised, war cannot be ended’

Hemed Xidir El Şerif, one of the wise men of the Arab El Şiteat tribe in Deir Ez-Zor called on international public opinion to recognize the Autonomous Administration. El Şerif told ANHA that the Autonomous Administration is working for the interests of Kurdish, Arab, Armenian and Syriac peoples. “The Autonomous Administration is developing a project for the territorial integrity of Syria. The only solution to end the war is the Autonomous Administration.”

Pointing out that the Autonomous Administration is a national project, Hemed Xidir El Şerif said: “This project serves the interests of all the peoples in Syria. Peoples in the region expelled terrorism from these lands to continue to implement the model of the Autonomous Administration. They paid high costs for this and resisted  the Turkish state’s attacks.”

Addressing international public opinion, El Şerif said: “The Autonomous Administration should be recognized immediately. If it is recognised, the war in Syria can be ended. Otherwise, the Syrian crisis will continue to deepen and extend.”
