Activists in Evry protest Germany’s ban of the KCDK-E congress

The isolation imposed on Kurdish people’s leader Abdullah Öcalan and the ban on the KCDK-E congress by German authorities were protested with a march and rally in Evry, a suburb of Paris.

Posters of Kurdish People’s Leader Abdullah Öcalan and KCDK-E flags were carried during the march from Evry Democratic Society Center to Grigny Train Station.

At the end of the march speakers said that it is unacceptable for Germany to put pressure on the Kurds upon instruction of the Turkish state. The speakers also said that the KCDK-E is a legitimate and democratic organization.
