Children of Fire Initiative claims responsibility for new actions

In a written statement, the Children of Fire Initiative called on “patriotic Kurds not to bow to pressures and protect their honour and dignity which are being targeted.”

The Children of Fire Initiative added: “Every Kurd with ethic should mobilise to bring the responsible for Deniz Poyraz’s murders to account.”

The statement said actions had targeted “a Vestel service on 23 June, a truck belonging to an MHP member in Izmir on 24 June, 3 construction machines belonging to fascists in the Gebze district of Kocaeli on 22 June, a warehouse belonging to AKP members in Çorlu district of Tekirdağ on 21 June and a chair atelier belonging to MHP members also on 21 June in Edremit district of Balıkesir.”
