Kurds living in Helsinki condemn the murder of Deniz Poyraz

Kurds living in Helsinki condemned the murder of HDP worker Deniz Poyraz in the armed attack against the party’s Izmir Provincial Organization. Women activists organised the demonstration accusing the AKP/MHP regime of being morally responsible for Poyraz’s murder.

In the statement made in Finnish and Kurdish, the case for the closure of the HDP was also condemned. While calling for all peoples to boycott Turkish goods, activists also underlined the importance of organizing against the massacres of the Turkish state.
