Şenyaşar family urges prosecutor to investigate 23 people involved in the case

The resistance of Emine Şenyaşar, who lost her husband and two sons in an armed attack organized by the bodyguards and relatives of AKP Deputy İbrahim Halil Yıldız, and her son Ferit Şenyaşar, who was injured in same the attack, continues on its 87th day.

The Şenyaşar family came to the courthouse in the early hours of the morning and started their justice vigil at the entrance of the building.

The family informed the activists and lawyers about the events and went to the courthouse to submit a petition to the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office. The family has submitted several petitions to the prosecutor’s office to investigate the massacre at Suruç State Hospital and 23 people identified by the prosecutor to no avail. The family is waiting at the courthouse to submit their petition to the prosecutor’s office.

The family has published the following statement on social media today:

“Protecting criminals and preventing their prosecution is also a crime. Stop committing crimes and being accomplice to crimes. Prosecute the 23 people who committed massacre in the hospital and have been identified.”
